We will send you an acknowledgement email within 48 hours confirming receipt of your request.
If required, we may request proof of identity. Under the DUAA 2025 "Stop the Clock" provision, we may pause the one-month statutory deadline until verification is complete.
We will provide a full response within one month of acknowledgement, including either the data requested or an explanation of any exemptions applied. Where a request is particularly complex, we may extend this period by a further two months under UK GDPR Article 12(3) and will explain the reasons to you.
